How salary is converted to hourly
Annual hours are hours per week times weeks per year. The hourly equivalent is annual salary divided by those annual hours.
Weeks per year
Use 52 for a full-year salary, or a lower number when the amount entered covers fewer paid or worked weeks. Weekly and fortnightly equivalents use the weeks-per-year value entered.
